72h pill effectiveness

not personal experience but a friend of mine used one about 4 months ago. Apparently , at least with the clinic she used, if it does NOT work, due to the amount of blood loss it will cause, they will remove any tissue left. How? i dont know. It may be another set of pills, maybe surgically.. no idea. But with the pills she used, she was at my house over night, PAINFUL cramps and then it was over. Seemed simple.
