Today’s lifestyle is tends more toward the techno-friendly but making the human being lazy. This laziness and the bad habits are the reasons behind the increase in the health problems like Obesity, Overweight and many more disease.
Here are some simple tips to get rid of these problems and live healthy just by changing your habits.
First tip: Change your diet – Avoid junk food, fast food. Include green vegetables and fruits in food. Use olive oil instead of cooking oil. Use fiber rich grains and proper protein and carbohydrates in food.
Second tip: Change your exercise – Increase time for walking, jogging, running, regular weight training and workouts. Cycling and swimming are the best exercises.
Third tip: Change your habits – Avoid smoking, drinking of alcohol, junk food. Avoid using vehicles for short distance get walk or cycle
