by 10pm I am exhausted but can never seem to relax enough to fall asleep. I admit I am stressed all the time and can never relax anyway.
I usually finally fall asleep around 1am and then get up around 8am. This has been going on since last summer of 2003, almost a year now. So I can imagine how much sleep I have actually lost in a year...
my mother suggests tylenolPM....any other suggestions?
