Let me explain.

My grandfather was from Lemberg, now known as Lviv and that was in what was on an off Poland. Poland has a few Duchys including of Warsaw. But there was also a Duchy of Limberg. Limburg was a Belgian area place; but, Lemberg/Limburg are similar and there was an ancestor centuries back that was Belgian. So, 2 Duchys in my heritage, and a Duchy is close to a Dutchy....hey wait, I have the Duchy history, therefore I am the Mighty Emperor!
