I agree - it's serious there... though it's funny, our building materials aren't metric yet, and we still tell each other our height and weight in lbs and inches although newborns are weighed and measured in metric, and lbs is still on some food items (so much per kg, so much per lb), and there are still a few other holdouts...oh yeah, recipes --- I'm sure that'll take YEARS to change Smile

about five hours long, and pretty uneventful.
they had touch screens in the backs of the seats, with movies in them, so i had my choice of things to watch. we're settling into a duplex, and it's pretty nice. off to town tomorrow to get what our very nice hosts haven't given us (they were very generous and nice). i'm excited.

well, for one thing, it's cloudy. I left cloudy pittsburgh for cloudy vancouver. We have a duplex (we live in like a basement, but a nice basement)
