It's from the 1970s, Stephen Rea is the main character, but all the others do the talking. I don't know how much is on youtube though.

Hmm, I've checked the usual sites and it's not there.
Might not be easy to find, I'm actually surprised it's not on the site I
showed you. It has loads of the old favourites but no sign of "I didn't know you cared"
You can watch it on You-Tube in 5 min clips. Nah.
