Swathed in the company's SportDesign front spoiler and side skirts, the Porsche 911 Carre GTS offers much more of the usual curbside malevolence.

Does it mean the car will draw more complaints from sidewalk walkers?

@Nancy88,
Or can I take it as 'the car attracts more attention on the streets'?

@Nancy88,
Malevolence is pure evil. Many perceived evil things have a beautiful exterior, like a volcano, a vampire or a snake... this car is like a devil in a red dress.
When it's parked and silent, you can feel it's potential, it's power.

I think in this context it is supposed to be mean "badness".

It's American slang: something being "bad" is really good.
