I'm 17, and my foreskin is able to roll back when im erect, however it doesnt forward all the way when im erect. it's like the head of my penis is kind of dry, is this normal?

Mine rolls over in its grave, or in the garbage pit they threw it in once they nipped my bud...

Prince, it's normal for it to not be able to roll forward when your penis is stiff. But when it goes soft again it will roll back and cover the head and keep it moist, but this depends on how long your foreskin is. If the head becomes dry you can try rubbing on some moisturiser.
