Hello. I am interested in Greenlandic langauge and culture and am doing research on it. I am working on a project. I would like to know what are some good web forums to go to to discuss Greenlandic culture and language. I have been trying to find some and the closest thing I can find is:

http://www.topix.com/forum/world/greenland

I have been trying to find forums to discuss Greenlandic culture and language. General discussion sites to discuss these things and anything related to and going on in Greenland..THey don't have to be a site specifically for Greenland - it can be a European site with a section for Greenland chat.

Please help me out and please list as many sites as possible. Thank you.

@saab,
No- I am looking for forums I can go to to discuss Greenlandic culture and language. Ask about anything going on in Greenland.

They have plenty of Asian forums to go to, a handful of Hispanic forums to go to, and some African forums I can go to to discuss their respective cultures sand languages.

@JGoldman10,
You say there are several Asian and African forums - yes and there are millions of Asians and Africans and again several different coutries and cultures within Asia and Africa.
Now you think that 56 000 people in one country are that interested in forums.

Get some information over Internet and read some books and you will be much better informed than over a forum where people discuss problems you do not even know exists.

@saab,
Yes, there ARE a lot of Asian and African and some Hispanic discussion forums. I have been to some of them and found a number of them.

Apparently, Asian, African and Hispanic culture is popular.

@saab,
There's this site someone told me about, which I already know about about Greenland:

http://uk.nanoq.gl/

I was looking for a forums section of the site - if there is a section, I don't know where it is.

I am going to e-mail them and ask.

Greenland is part of Denmark, so I will Google Danish discussion forums and like I said eariler, Scandinavian discussion forums.

Someone might be able to help me with this.

@JGoldman10,
Again you did it. Asked for help and then know better than the person who tries to help.
Read and learn about Greenland - do not get into any discussion about a country you do not know much about - nor do you know either Danish nor Greenlandic.

@saab,
I don't have time to read a bunch of books about Greenland nor do I think I am better than you.

I am interested in the following things about Greenland:

Greenlandic street gangs
Greenlandic street, youth and college slang
Greenlandic language help and translations
Greenlandic cat and dog breeds and/or cat and dog breeds imported there
Greendlandic traditional clothing
Greenlandic cartoons and comics
Greenlandic Christian churches

Those are some of the things I am interested in about Greenland, off the top of my head.

DISCUSSION forums are ideal places to go to to ask about these types of things.

I have been on some Asian forums asking about similar things and got help. I am going to go to Hispanic and African and ask about similar things.

I have been on some European sites and one Canadian site asking about similar things and got help.

@Butrflynet,
I appreciate your ATTEMPT to try to help me but none of those links have what I am looking for.

I want to discuss Greenlandic culture and language - things like Greenlandic slang and other language, translation help, cat and dog breeds in Greenland, Greenlandic street gangs, etc.

I was told expat sites are ideal places to discuss these types of things. I just found one:

http://community.justlanded.com/en/Greenland/forum

If I find any others, I'll post them.
