Yer gonna regret passing up my offer RJB lol. Alex Smith is an overthrowing dud if there ever was one.

@Cycloptichorn,
You could certainly be right about Smith. I must admit that I have not been following my Fantasy team very closely, concentrating on trying to get players for the A2K NFL Pick-um game that kicks-off tomorrow night.
SF plays Seattle in week #1. As I recall the 'Hawks have a rather porous defense.
Did you notice that you and I are projected to have the highest Fantasy Point totals for week #1?

@realjohnboy,
Yah, hard to go wrong against the Seattle defense. But the offer will remain open; you'll get sick of him pretty soon.

Re: the highest projected scores, it's only b/c they've given Foster 21 projected points. I doubt he'll make that on a sore hammy. I'll be luck to get 14 out of him.

Had a dream that my fantasy football teams kicker earned six points.
Oh wait, I am awake.
Ticomaya, is it cold down in the basement.

I'm used to it.

It's hard to have a good feeling about the week when your starting QB is Kerry Collins.

@Ticomaya,
Benching Philadelphia's defense in favorite of Detroit's.
Benching Percy Harvin in favorite of Detroit's Nate Burleson.

@ossobuco,
Here are the week one results:

And the standings so far:
http://i211.photobucket.com/albums/bb190/tint45/ScreenShot2011-09-15at94938PM.png
A few close games, and a couple of blowouts. The Yahd went Captain Insano with 144 (...ahem, and 28 one-hundrenths) points to take the #1 spot. Great games all around.
Here're next week's matchups:

The top two scorers in the league (Tico's maniacs and the Yahd) will go head to head this week offering some early season intrigue, while the bottom feeders (Zombie Woofs and the Kitchen) face some tough opponents as they look to avoid an 0-2 start. And let us not forget - week one lineups are easy. The final roster decisions this week will haunt many an owner. Here's to week two!

@thack45,
Good grief, the Woofs are surrounded by fencing. I'm also a fan of Kitchen, g'help me.

Thank you so much for posting this, Thack.

@thack45,
Cool ... commentary.

I don't have any hard roster decisions this week. Hardest is to pick which of my pathetic QBs to play.

Been debating within myself in regards to which defense I will select today. Detroit has their home opener, and Ndamukong Suh has the D line fired up. The buzz in Michigan over their Lions is approaching hot. The game sold out on Wednesday of this week. Yes, the Lions.

The Falcons have a new receiver Julio Jones which will either fly or falter under the eight o clock national television lights.

@alex240101,
I mulled over a few starts but none more than the TE position. Talked myself in to sticking with V. Davis. Not that it would've mattered as George spanked me like I was paying for it.

Panzade will win Week #2. He is at 13-2 and has the NY Giants tonight. Five players are 12-3 but all of them also have the Giants.
