I thought God wanted men to get married and have children--not sit around looking at pictures of women, even cute Asian women--but to marry and be with a real woman, God wanted you to have sexual feeings, because that's what leads to procreation. He just wants those sexual feelings expressed during marriage. Doesn't God approve of marriage, and of sex after marriage, JG? Doesn't God want you to marry and to procreate?

Seems to me, JG, that something is wrong if you're not thinking of women, and wanting to marry one, and wanting to look for one to marry, because that seems to be God's plan for you--to marry and procreate--to use your body in that way--because that was what your body was made to do--to be fruitful and multiply.

So, what seems to be the problem, JG? What's your problem with dating, and finding a woman to marry?

I am not interested in dating - serving God and getting my career together and going is more important.

I am not interested in marriage.

God does not want people fornicating, adulterating or masturbating or engaging in sexual experimentation and the like - that is not His Will and He wants people to abstain from these things.

He wants people to CONTROL themselves and that is what I am CHOOSING to do.

3 It is God’s will that you should be sanctified: that you should avoid sexual immorality; 4 that each of you should learn to control your own body[a] in a way that is holy and honorable, 5 not in passionate lust like the pagans, who do not know God;

Televangelist Keith Moore said you don't need sex to be fulfilled - he is right about that.

There is nothing wrong with me thinking or saying woman is attractive. It is a SIN for me to think about doing something sexual to her. It is a SIN to lust after women. I am not fantasizing about having sex with them.

I think we are all sinners, I know of next to no one that has "never" masterbated, I would find it hard to believe if you said you never ever did that JG, even as like 14.

Pagans are people who are more curious about changing to fit into the ever moving directions of this World instead of staying on one page for the rest of their lives, I don't see why if they don't believe in God, rather the Universe and it's changes, earth and sea, that, that makes them lustful.. I believe in God but I also believe in the Universe so that makes me both.

Nor do I believe that the Bible has not been altered, changed, time and time again over the Centuries.

There is nothing wrong with "waiting" until you get married. There is something wrong with not having a "dream" of one day getting married, finding that woman of your dreams, like everyone says, that is what is supposed to happen.

It's also okay to want a career first but man, if you don't date and meet women you won't know how we tick, think, what we are about, who we are..

If you feel you can refrain from thinking about sexual thoughts with women, why avoid them?

do you ever have wet dreams, JG? And I ask that in all seriousness and concern, I'm not trying to rag you. Because they're nature's way of release if you get too much buildup. If you never think of sex and you say you don't, and you don't masturbate which EVERYONE does whether they admit it or not, and you don't have the occasional wet dream, and you're 35, then there's likely something seriously out of whack with you physiologically and hormonally and you really should get a doctor to check you over. Bodies just don't operate the way you say you are, Christian or no, normally, at your age. I tend to give you a hard time generally, which I think you richly deserve from your endless inaction, but I'm trying to give you a serious heads-up here.

I admire and commend you for your self-control in matters sexual. You have more self-control than I. But you're using the wrong proof text to substantiate your position. Onan was not masturbating; he was exercising birth control. For crying out loud (and I hate to be so blunt), he had his penis in Tamar's vagina. That action of his was sexual intercourse, not masturbation. I repeat, the very act was sexual intercourse -- coitus, if you please.
