yes as i have a busy schedule but i never skipped my exercise because it keep me active and help me to stay fit
So, be sure you also do your exercise

I do Exercise daily for 2 hours. I am very passionate about gyming and never miss my schedule as I am doing exercise for last 1 year and now my mind is set and i am banging hard to achieve goals.

An hour a day keeps the obesity-most-people-have away.
I guess I'm pretty healthy. I don't ever eat junk food or stuff like chocolate, and I only eat when I'm hungry. Salads dominate my diet.

Exercising is one important part of daily regime. I go everyday for walking twice in a day and an hour in a gym.
