We usually go five days a week but I gained 5 lbs since Thanksgiving, I think I'm sitting on those extra lbs

@chai2,
Yes, I do exercise. When I play with kids in our place, I think of it as an exercise. I also solve puzzles and do mind games, good as a mind exercise.

I'm currently enjoying what few years I may have left of "luck" in being naturally small-framed. So no, I don't exercise! I enjoy a good walk in the Summertime though!

@chai2,
I walk 2 to 3 times a week and also every day exercise.
No wonder why you need so much backpain and headache based treatments.

Since about Sept last year, I've been doing HIT (High Intensity Training) exercises three times a week on my exercise bike.
Each session comprises of two minute warm up on level 2, then twenty seconds full speed at level 10, then cool down for two minutes. Repeat until you've gone flat out three times.
I've found it an easy way to get a whole lot fitter. About ten minutes a day, three times a week leaves me very little excuse not to do it.
Apart from that I walk the dog for a total of an hour a day, but that only really exercises my left arm when I throw the tennis ball.
No judgements, no "that's not exercise", or "you should be doing something" please
I cast my mind back to 2011 whilst jogging my memory.
Then teeter on the brink and jump to conclusions.
Finally I go all out then turn it up on its edge of reality.
