I yoinked this mink coat off a broad coming home from the market back there. Don’t worry, she had enough natural padding already.

I read accross the above passage in a novel. what is the meaning of natural padding? since the word 'broad' is an offensive word and I guess natrual padding means that “the broad” is so fat that she does not need a warm coat to fend off the coldness. It is sort of humorous using here, am I right?

It's a humorous euphemism if a bit on the mean spirited side at claiming the woman was overweight. That the extra layer of fat will help her keep warm. So yes, your reading is an accurate one.
