@ehBeth,
Rumours of blizzards,
And weather warnings are out.
I'm snug as a bug.

@tsarstepan,
New York November.
In a taxi looking up,
city swallows you.

Like a snake swallows a rat.

@spendius,
Gimme the moonlight.
Lonely and cold on a bench,
waiting for the sun.

@Dutchy,
Waiting for the sun,
I missed the rain, clouds, silk fogs,
All the sky's beauties.

@hamburgboy,
No, no, you're not chopped liver. That was likely a function of my clicking on the thread at the post after the last I visited. I still don't catch on that there have been more posts all the time.

You're more pickled herring, pal.

@ossobuco,
Flowered table cloth.
Flowers speak better than words,
a red rose says love.

@farmerman,
I got messed up on the syllables. I still have a couple of those table cloths..
5, 7, 5...

Which reminds me, Cav had another haiku thread, a little trickier. I was obnoxious on it, arguing for a while. (that's my way..), but it was an interesting thread.
