Text-based girl, livin' in a text-based world

Texting is all I do, I really don’t like answering the phone and most know that so I get quite a few text message each day.

Wow! I might have to look into this for people who want to call me. There are always some of them -- medical places returning calls, that sort of thing. I've moved a lot of them over to email but there are some holdouts. If they could call and leave a voice message and Google transcribed it, that would be very nifty.

(I can call people via relay, and they CAN call me back via relay -- I have a special number for it. But I have to be logged in and have the screen open to get it, there are no messages. So it doesn't work unless it's been pre-arranged.)

I was assuming it was the operating system (OS) for the i-tribe (iPod, iPad, iPhone, etc.) Not precisely, but close:

It's not perfect, but it's usually good enough to get the gist of what the message is about.

I love texting. For those of us with hearing limitations, it's SO much better than a phone call!

Oh great...I am i connected, though only with version 1 of iPad and iPhone.
