Okay, so I'm a 13 almost 14 year old girl. I feel that I'm over weight, I'm 5''7' and weigh 145-150. Am I over weight? I need help! None of my friends will answer this question for me.
You're not overweight.
BMI is not a perfect calculator of fitness but it is a gauge. And by that gauge (http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/) you are not overweight.
You may want to get fitter, however - perhaps you'd do well to take up strength training?

I think if you eat fresh fruits and fresh veges instead of fast foods then you could lose your weight easily, always drunk pure water and if you drunk after boiled then it so good.
I think you need to consult dietitian.
Don't think, that you are over weight. You are just 14 years old girl. Eat well. Don't think about others. It is the time, when you have to eat more for a healthy life.
