You know, (I am British and a bit ignorant about minor US politicians) but until just now I thought his name was "Milt" - (I am a bit myopic) kind of appropriate since as well as being an contraction of "Milton", milt is also the word for fish semen. I will forever think of him as "Old Fish Jizz".
