@oristarA,
I don't think it means anything. It might be a style thing, or even maybe something the computer messed up.
The fact it seems to be on every note in the list makes me more sure that they mean nothing.

They are a kind of link used in Wikipedia. Clicking on a blue one takes you somewhere in Wikipedia, usually.
