Two women in Ohio are in hot dispute over a $162m lottery win - after one said she had lost the jackpot ticket.

Based upon what I heard on TV the women who said she lost it was probably telling the truth. However, unless the other party admits to finding it she is out of luck. Can you imagine what must be going through the mind of the individual who bought and than lost the winning ticket
oops, the lady who claimed that she lost it may be charged with filing a false police report. ah, my, what we will do for a few green backs.
Hey, possession is nine points of the law. What proof does the person who says she lost the ticket have that it really belonged to her? According to one news analyst (of which I agree) is that a lottery ticket is like cash. You lose it, and it's gone.
The women who claimed to have "lost" the ticket is a fraud. The rightful owner had not only the ticket but a store receipt for it
"Ohio Lottery Director Dennis Kennedy said officials were sure that Jemison is the rightful owner of the ticket, saying she provided a receipt from the convenience store marking the time the ticket was sold. Kennedy said he would let police handle Battle's claim".
