That's true. But that clause only comes into force when Canada has the same number of provinces as the US does states.

That's a lie. It's a transparent lie, too, as it is easy to read the constitution, and it can be found all over the interweb. Why do you just make **** up? Do you really think you can get away with it?

Please post the passages in the constitution and the declaration of independence which authorize the United States to annex any part of Canada by any method.
