I no longer visit this site frequently. However, I put several people on ignore. Those who have been around as long as I have can probably guess who. Not seeing their names has improved the landscape.

I thought of you a couple of days ago - when I was making gelato with my icecream maker. I've switched to using cornstarch instead of eggs, but that's another thread. The recipe calls it sicilian gelato.
