That's not old Latin. That is, in fact, old Zulite. The words can be loosely translated as follows:

1.ozomns = Are
2.wqztaz = you
3.qmwzsz = the
4.znrz = gate
5.nynx = keeper
6.nhwzamz.

The last word is somewhat puzzling, perhaps as the result of a transcription error. As it stands, it means, roughly, "honey-bunny."
