What does "I should not think so for one minute" mean?
does it mean that "I shoud not think so for the time being" or "I should not jump to the conclusion?"
pls help me with this

It means that the subject matter
is SO implausible that he will not believe it, NOT even for a very short time.

He is dismissing it out-of-hand.
