A patiesserie is where one makes pastries, tarts and other baked sweets.

A tart not only means sharp tasting, but is also the name of a type of sweet baked good.

Noel's new exhibition is an art exhibition, so they are making a play of words that you can eat a tart while looking at his art.

A twist can mean an unexpected turn in a story, or occurence.

It would be unexpected to be able to eat a tart at an art show.

Here is my favorite type of tart...
