Look, don't you fools know that
the stork brings babies. Some subversives believe babies are found in cabbage patches, which is really crazy since cabbage patches can't be found in all locales where babies suddenly appear. But "uterus"? What kind of nonsense is that? What language is that? We can't discuss that sort of misleading "uterus" mythology, mainly promoted by those wacko evolutionary theorists, in front of children, or impressionable adults. They shouldn't be exposed to such language or ideas.
Quote:... the Speaker believes it is important for all Members to be mindful of and respectful to visitors and guests, particularly the young pages and messengers who are seated in the chamber during debates. In the past, if the debate is going to contain language that would be considered inappropriate for children and other guests, the Speaker will make an announcement in advance, asking children and others who may be uncomfortable with the subject matter to leave the floor and gallery
Asking them to leave the floor and the gallery is too cumbersome and time consuming, particularly since it might involve many members of the House who have delicate sensibilities, I think they should all be simply instructed to cover their ears.
