HATHAWAY shirts are made by a small company of dedicated craftsman in the little town of Watercille, Maine. They have been at it, man and boy, for one hundred and twenty-years.
What does" for one hundred and twenty-years" refer to?

How long they have been at it. It means that Hathaway has been making shirts for 120 years.
