In France, the mega-chief now tout this form of cooking as la Cuisine Minceur. And it works. This sentence occures in an article entitled" a chroonic dieter".
Here, what does" mega-chief" mean?

Should that be "mega chef" ?

(Was the source material originally in French? And did you use an online translator? It could be a mistranslation from French to English.)

I suggest a "mega chef" just means an important chef/cook.

Indeed, it should be mega-chef.
