I don't know, Diane said he probably was staying overnight, he could barely walk.

Farmerman- Sounds like much more than a TIA to me. The good news is that the stroke IS minor, and hopefully, he will be coming home before long.

My thoughts are with Diane and Dys; I hope that everything gets fine.

I've never had "that much" excitement at any of my birthdays.

Diane, I'm so relieved that you were with Bob when he became ill. I shudder to think what might have happened if you were not in his life. You know that you are his life's heart and soul and that you will fight with all your strength to get him well. Such a powerful love between two people has to sustain them both. Adding all the love of your friends to your own love is a powerful life sustaining force.

I only found the post about Dys' birthday today, 12/31, and was preparing to wish him the very best birthday of his life. Now all I can think about is the love and friendship comming from hundreds of people to you and to Bob.

Dys, kick the **** out of that stroke and get well and get your skinny arse back to us!
