If my neighbor suspects me of being a terrorist, then he has to prove his case. I dont' mind being investigated. I have nothing to hide. Do you?

Why does he have to prove anything? You argued that merely being suspected was enough.
Can people be held without a case being proven against them? You said yes. Now you argue no when it comes to you personally.

Our President, and I'm sure Obama will pay a political price for Libya. I believe he would face political fall out if he had not acted in some form, but I repeat myself. In terms of political liability, where you are concerned, I'm convinced that no matter what Obama would have chosen to do, you'd have found a way to spin it. I don't need to defend the President's choice. It's not my own. Either way, dropping bombs is war, but not a declaration of war in terms of congress and the powers you claim are granted during war.
