I can't tell the differences between contain&include, I have touched the two words too many times.
Please give me a answer.

@kajien,
Generally we contain concrete things in containers (e.g. sacks, bottles, cans, boxes, packets) but we include people or concrete or abstract things in collections (e.g. lists, groups, clubs, societies, sets)

That's a bit hard to describe.
You have to remember that contain always refers to the content.
Include does not necessarily refer to contents.
The cereal bowl contains the cereal, the included spoon is not necessarily contained by the bowl.
