This isn't a natural way to ask a question in English, Rhm.

How can one remember new words?

What's a good way to remember new words?

What can you/one do to remember new words?

The best thing that you can do, bar none, is to try to use them in your everyday life. Even if they don't fit your life perfectly, pretend that they do.

After you use the new word and it becomes familiar, then use synonyms of that word.

Go to your library and get a copy of The Longman Language Activator [for a description of the book, go to Amazon.com and search the book title.

It helps you begin to use natural English in your everyday life. It's a dictionary that activates your speech and guides you into making it natural speech.
