Is it possible that I am so busy doing that I no longer have time to enjoy being?

@Harryxmq,
I take it to be a rhetorical question meaning the writer is very busy. I doubt there is any deep philosopical hidden away in there.

Actually , this sentence is from my text book. Maybe the "working"and"life" are better.And I think it is easier to understand the meaning. Thank you very much!
