possibly, but the ocd in me would explode if i had that mail message on the header forever, i've gotten pm's where the entire message is visible in the in box (a yes or no answer), so i've gone back to the board without opening the pm, forgetting only to have to go back to open a message i've already effectively read just to clear said message, perhaps a change could be made so simply going to the inbox would be enough clear it
