I agree with both dys and BP, mostly. If the second judge shoots down the warrant, it's dead. I like the idea of only one appeal to a conviction, but would hate to put states' and US Supreme court out of work. Definately agree with only one appeal at a given level of the court system.

Yeah- And people are getting their noses out of joint about supermarket cards. Medical information is far more serious:
