I look for other ways to cut back. I enjoy making soup and having fresh veggie dinners over the summer and fall. I often made breakfast into a dinner meal.

It means that items normally eaten for breakfast, ie. eggs, bacon, french toast, cereal, juice, pancakes, are eaten for dinner.

Our family often enjoyed doing this.
