You could use dolore instead of in dolore. That gives the sense of "by pain"
which is equivalent given the context.
Virtus can also mean strength, but I'd prefer vis.
If you use virtus, use the accusative virtutem.

Word order is less important in Latin than in English, but in general, the
verb is placed at the end of the sentence.

That program probably goes word by word and generates output in the
same order as the input.

Ius is "right" in the sense of a legal right.

I'd say:
Tempus semper dignum digna facere.
