My first half read backward means 'dull,' & I am a period of each day



Try- Do you mean dull as in dumb, ininteresting, colorless? There are just too many synonyms for dull....Look!

"Miss" I did read it as such.
"House" The only way to go.

Dull as in; it is too Idea bright.
