@oristarA,
You should probably change "management measure" to "management method." "Review and analysis on the quality . . . " should be "Review and analysis of the quality . . . " You have way too many capitalized words--this is English, not German. " . . . the Basic Care Quality Control Strategy based on the principle of humane care." Otherwise, i think it's fine.

In my first version I did write of "of", not "on". But when I checked some usage examples who always used "on" to follow "analysis", I changed it. However, I have to admit they use "on" in titles only.

So please tell me why.

A probability of greater than 5% would be classed as significant.

If you analyse something, you're doing an analysis of it. That's simple and plain English (which I prefer!).

"On" can be used in a similar way: Example-

Give me the latest figures on the banking crisis.

There, it means "about, concerning".

The examples that I got from scientific articles about the usage of "analysis on":

1.analysis on manifolds

2.Analysis on CBD

3.Analysis on WCDMA Capacity

4.Congnitive Analysis on Abbreviation

5.Analysis on Crepe Design

6.harmonic analysis on groups

7.Analysis on Cultural Macao

8.Analysis on Search Engine

9.Elementary Analysis on Jeans Market

10.Analysis on Kuhn-Tucker Condition
