There has been talk of chemtrails for quite awhile and what they may contain. The first time I heard about them I did some research. If they are what "they" say they are, it's not good. But who knows?

People in the chatrooms are talking about the birds and the fish and it's really got some people unnerved.

@Arella Mae,
I find it hard to believe that there's a worldwide conspiracy between governments to poison their populace, for a start that would mean the involvement of my government, the Irish government, who couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery. So I would like to think that they are simply Con- Trails.
Though I have heard of chemicals being used to manipulate weather.
Now to try and get my sons head out of the clouds and concentrated on college. Smile

@eurocelticyankee,
Oh I hear you. It would have to be worldwide and how the heck would you keep that a secret? You brought up the weather? There is a theory about HARP being used to control the weather. That's easily found on the net too.

I look at it this way - whatever happens, is what is going to happen.

@Arella Mae,
Arella, "Coast to Coast" is not for real. The "scientists" who appear on that show are usually a bunch of losers who are trying to make ends meet by selling conspiracy books . Art Bell invented the word"chemtrails".

@farmerman,
Oh trust me, I am not a conspiracy theorist buff by no means. I hear all sorts of things in the chatroom and I look some stuff up out of curiosity. I hate politics so I don't get into this stuff much at all.

@farmerman,
It's damn frustrating, these ideas, they seem to snowball.
There's always some gullible person ready to listen, normally I couldn't give a rats ass But when my son starts talking it up, I begrudgingly have to give it some attention, strike some balance for him.
He's a child of the web, so if you know of some sensible site that gives a balanced view, I'd be much obliged.
P.S. I've been looking it up but everything seems to be pro-conspiracy

@Arella Mae,
I'm sorry, I'd never heard of HAARP, just looking it up now
(given me more to worry about Smile )
So I thought you were joking. Embarrassed
Better not let my son hear about HAARP.

Just a little aside, you're a saint the way you're saving
the horses, Fair play.

@eurocelticyankee,
My sister (who has a paranoid delusional disorder due to a trauma) got the book from the library and swears it is all true. Like I said, I'll look at stuff out of curiosity but what will be will be.

That is very kind of you to say about the horses. My friend, Pam, is the one that got me into it. She's the real hero as far as I'm concerned.

Well, maybe it was the fireworks. Here is a short article on some birds in Sweden. This article mentions the birds in Arkansas and Louisian. It says power lines wer responsible for the ones in Louisiana. I'll research it.

@Arella Mae,
The question to be asked, is what are the effects of the toxin(s) on human beings?

@Miller,
I hear you. I'm pretty puzzled by the chest trauma and blood clots in the birds. Hope we hear more soon.

The UK Daily Mail has an alarming story:
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1344345/Bird-deaths-Epidemic-mass-animal-deaths-baffles-scientists-globe.html#

Excerpt:
Quote:
50 dead jackdaws found on city street in Sweden

100 tons of sardines, croaker and catfish wash up dead on Brazilian coast
500 ill or confused birds may have struck power lines before plummeting to their deaths in Baton Rouge, Louisiana

3,000 blackbirds fall dead on roofs and roads in Beebe, Arkansas
100,000 dead and dying drum fish washed up in Arkansas River could be victims of disease

40,000 devil crabs are washed up dead in Britain

A mysterious spate of mass bird and fish deaths has baffled scientists across the globe after incidents were reported in Europe, North America and South America.

In the most recent incident, at least 100 tons of sardines, croaker and catfish have been washing up dead along the Brazil coastline near Paranaguá.

And experts were carrying out tests on around 50 jackdaws found dead in a street in Falkoping, Sweden, last night.

The internet has been abuzz with conspiracy theories about secret government experiments being behind the deaths, or it being a sign of a looming Armageddon at the end of the Mayan calendar next year.

Tests are being carried out on the dead animals, but results are not expected for several weeks.

Um, all of that is going to be pretty hard to chalk up to physical trauma. Thanx for posting that!
