Did you read the article Finn? Let me point out some specific quotes where Bauer claims that Muslims are celebrated and trusted more than Christians.

He is claiming that Muslim history, and not Christian history, is "white-washed" (an ironic term given the context). And,he says "If Christianity were treated like Islam, Christmas and Easter would be publicly celebrated for what they are"

And he says "In fact, it is Christians, not Muslims, who increasingly encounter cultural elites who are hostile to their beliefs and values."

At least it seems like you agree with me that this position, stating that Muslims are celebrated and trusted more than Christians, is ridiculous, don't you?

At no time did i state or suggest that Mr. Bauer is a nazi. So you are the one who is delusional. You are just jumping in, looking for a fight. That's typical of you.

I don't have to disprove anything. You made the claim, and if you don't want to be characterized as a liar, you have the burden of proof.

Essentially, the problem is that reactionary christians want to have a crusade, and they've been rightly criticized for that attitude. So, they revert to a very popular fall back position of christians, claiming that they are persecuted (they love to play the martyr, so long as they don't actually, personally suffer). Part of that is going to be whining about how Muslims are treated, in a feeble attempt to claim that they (christians) are persecuted, but that Muslims are not. It's tedious and it's childish.
