Hey peeps, I am Daphney from Chicago. I've been very active as a teenager, sort of got off that in last 15 years. It's time to get back.

Well, first off, welcome.

Second, I'd say, ease into it. It's easy to do too much, too soon -- and then get into some trouble with muscle soreness. Better to do 10 minutes every day then 30 minutes on the first day and then nothing for 3 weeks because you overdid it.
