I am a habitual teeth grinder to the point that I am exposing dentin in some spots and am supposed to wear a bite splint to bed, so I am very wary of putting harsh substances on my teeth for fear of making things worse (or making them hurt!) My teeth are pretty white as it is, I'm young and I've taken care of them, but I still don't have the brilliant smile I'd like.

Tell us all about it, how you suffer from dull teeth. Work up a good st0ry.
Try going to a chiropractor, it worked for me. Sensodyne has a tooth whitener, you could try that.
