I'm not sure what you intend to mean by "kit off" in the first sentence.
If it's prior to a medical inspection, you could use "strip" if you thought "undress" is too formal. (The rest of the sentence is very informal..."I guess"...."this guy".)

Second sentence: I'm quite sure this (patient) hates clinical doctors because of his rather weird mental attitude/ his weird attitude/ his strange attitude/his strange behaviour.

All context are in Chinese and a translation for this minor question will probably be done some day when we have enough leisure time.
