However, there will complete control till then. I do not believe in splitting China as foreign powers have always stole things from China after weakening it as they are trying to do now. Britain, Russia, Germany, France, USA and Japan took control of China after selling opium to the Chinese and stole tea, silk, printing, land and treasures from the Imperial palace. They are trying to do it again under different pretext now.
