I'm a beer drinker who drinks it all most every mronnig,
I come from work and sometime I get scared.
because I wont it to relax every mornnig.
and it leads to smoking cigerates all so.
when I drink.

You are using alcohol to shield you from whatever pain that you are experiencing. That is a recipe for disaster. You need to find out WHY you you are scared, and why you need to drink in the morning.

Well, smoking sucks in terms of your health. One question, do you work a night shift? That would be the only logical reason for drinking beer in the morning.

Going to work soused is just not right. I was just thinking, if he works a graveyard shift, it would be logical that he might want a beer when he gets home, in the morning. However, if that isn't the case, then yes, I think it's a problem.
