You need someone with specialized knowledge to answer this, or you need to provide more context. Read the portions of the text which precede this passage to see if the text tells you what Fas means.

In the column of "Gene", it says "fas" is the gene CD95

It's not exactly that, Ori, CD95 is a particular type of gene within the Fas domain.
Other than a translator, are you skilled in immunology?
