sailing would be grand, but if we're trying for a shuttle..... it would just take too long.

hmmmmmm, i just had a thought. what about the Bessy, Lk? could hold about twentyfive or so, put us right up on the spit, and david's always up for a pahhty. looks like i'll have to sit at the yardam and wait all day for him to show up and talk about it.

I don't think we're sailing..... but it could prolly be arranged at some point.... Maybe we could have a little sunfish on hand.

Sunfish are edible around here. You're meaning the teeny sailboat, aren't you?

Well... the Bluefish sank. And no one wants to pay to fix it and it was slow and poky anyway. I wanna get a nice twnety five or thirty footer that will sleep four in a pinch. My brother wants to get a Soling and go fast. So prolly no sailing for me in the short term.

sorry to hear your boat sank. been there more than once. it's no fun. esp if it's a wood boat.

i would love to have a sailboat, around 30 ft or so, comfy cabin, live on board. just get on and go and keep on going 365 days a year. follow the nice weather.

i must be dreaming...again.

Went to Camp Namequoit... sailed lots on little pleasant bay in Cape Cod Mercurys. nice little sloop. Wouldn't mind having one of those in Buzzards Bay.

Course the Camp is now condos.

I dunno which I like worse, the depressed Cape of 5-10 years ago, or the prosperous Cape of today. We went from a dinky A-frame to a much bigger (but not huge) 3 bedroom. The man next door sold off his land in lots and we have 3-4 new houses around us - above us really, they're all up hill. And, 3-4 new HUGE houses mar the 'skyline' of our western view.

Condos.......that's beat.
Could've been Walgreen's.
Remember CJ (the boat)?
