Poison in our food. Why?

I went to wally's the other day. I hate it, but the price difference is not to be overcome right now.

trying to eat the things that I need to for my diet.

got some yogurt. the flavor I wanted was only available in the "light" yogurt.

I have no fears of gaining too much weight right now, but I wanted cherry yogurt...

after eating the first carton, I started reading the carton fine print.

I threw the other 3 out.

Good for you, mooseman. I have tried to warn people about the dangers of that, especially in diet drinks, etc.

I used to chew a pack of gum a day. Then I moved to Vancouver. While I drove the 13 hour overnight trip I listed to a horror show. It was a overnight show devoted to aspartame and other sugar substitutes. I haven't touched the stuff since.

Persons with dentures have been given zinc poisoning by denture adhesives. Now, Super Pollygrip has reformulated, and done away with zinc, but the other big brand has refused to consider it.

Or try Balkan style yogurt. No aspartame. No gelatin.
