Yes, it is grammatically correct. The proposition is dubious, but the sentence is just fine.

Ninety percent of health care professionals under 45 who work in first class hospitals in America are familiar with able2know

The sentence is fine grammatically. However, you may delete 'the' (the 4th word) without fear. Also 'nationwide' is superfluous, and if you mean "The United States" you should say so.
